Total Body Boot Camp at South Campus

Healthy Lifestyles and The Cardinal Health Fitness Center are excited to offer Total Body Boot Camp Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15 pm, beginning July 9th. Classes will incorporate body weight exercises along with strength training and traditional sports conditioning drills. Modifications will be given for all fitness levels. Classes will be held outside in a designated area of South Campus but will meet prior to the start time in the front of the building. In the case of inclement weather, make up dates will be given. Classes are FREE to South Campus, FUSE and Park Center CAH employees, however participants must sign up in advance and sign a liability waiver before joining the class. The first session will run from 7/09 to 8/01.
